{"id":7043,"date":"2023-12-05T11:04:23","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T16:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.olphrm.com\/school\/?page_id=7043"},"modified":"2024-01-24T09:28:20","modified_gmt":"2024-01-24T14:28:20","slug":"admissions-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.olphrm.com\/school\/admissions-process","title":{"rendered":"Admissions for New Students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School!<br>Please read the information below and click on the APPLY NOW button.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School uses an online application process.<br>There is a $60 non-refundable application fee that will be collected before<br>submission of the application.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All applicants must submit a copy of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Birth certificate<\/li><li>Catholic baptismal certificate (if applicable)<\/li><li>First Communion certificate (if applicable)<\/li><li>Most recent&nbsp;report card (grades 1-8)<\/li><li>Most recent standardized test results (grades 1-8)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications without required documents are considered incomplete and will NOT be<br>presented to the admissions team for review until submitted.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your application has been submitted, the applicant will be invited to complete a<br>grade-appropriate entrance assessment.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All new students are admitted to OLPH on a sixty-day probationary basis. This allows<br>parents, teachers, and administrators to evaluate the student&#8217;s opportunity for success.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OLPH will not discriminate based on race, color, sex, national or ethnic origin. OLPH<br>welcomes all denominations when space is available.
