In addition to providing convenience for our families by providing multiple options for payment, your payment is secured through bank-to-bank transactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n PAYMENT OPTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tuition Refund Policy:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Families must notify the school in writing\/email if a student is to be withdrawn from the school. Full tuition for the current month is required if a student attends school for any part of the month. All other tuition payments and fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Families who apply for admission after the school year begins will be assessed tuition on a pro-rated basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2026-2027 Non-Refundable Fees FACTS Annual Fee (FACTS collects this directly; 0% goes to OLPH): OLPH Annual Fees are rolled into Tuition and Fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Application Fee (non-refundable, paid at the time of application): $65<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enrollment Fee (new students, once accepted): $100<\/p>\n\n\n\n Re-Enrollment Fee (for returning students): $65 All families are expected to volunteer a minimum of 15 hours per year. Families are responsible for logging their own hours into FACTS management at factsmgt.com. At the end of the school year, a $35 fee per unfulfilled hour will be assessed to any family with less than 15 hours of volunteer time logged into FACTS.
