Every 3 years, OLPH School follows the protocols from the US EPA for an re-inspection of asbestos materials. Our inspection was conducted in August and all materials were found to be in satisfactory condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Compliance with the US\nEnvironmental Protection Agency, (EPA), Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act\n(AHERA), we have performed school building inspections for asbestos-containing\nbuilding materials and have developed an AHERA Asbestos Management Plan. This\nfacility\u2019s findings and asbestos management plan is on file in the school\noffice for public review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The EPA requires us to perform\nsurveillances of the asbestos materials every six (6) months and to conduct\nre-inspections every three years,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No significant changes in the\nasbestos materials condition were noted during the most recent inspection\nsurveillance of this school\/facility in August, 2019. All asbestos materials\nare in satisfactory condition and we shall continue to manage them in place, as\nrecommended by the accredited management planner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The results of the\nsurveillance are on file in the management plan in the OLPH School office and\nis available for reviewing during school hours Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
